The board is seeking individuals interested in serving in the very important roles of Treasurer and Outreach and Engagement committee Co-Chairs. We encourage you to get involved! It’s good for your resume, and it gives you the opportunity to work with LGBTQI+ and ally colleagues across the Department.
The Treasurer collects membership dues, manages budgets and our accounts, and helps with us with tax records. Accounting, budget, and/or tax experience is a bonus, but all who feel their skillset will serve the position are encouraged to apply.
The Outreach and Engagement Committee Co-Chairs focus on growing membership, community engagement, and organizing programming for our member meetings and other events. Creativity and self-motivation are the most important skills utilized in this role.
